Refund Policy


  • Items that are opened or damaged cannot be refunded or exchanged. Item(s) must be must be returned in a fully resaleable condition and any seals must be intact.
  • We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original Credit Card or PayPal account used for payment.
  • If you are unsatisfied with the product you have purchased from us, if it is defective, damaged or you need a different size, we will refund the purchase price or exchange those products.
  • Sale and clearance items are not eligible for a refund.
  • If an item is faulty, wrongly described, or different from the sample shown then we will meet our legal obligation which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.
