Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. Within the US and Canada it takes approximately 3-4 days. To international destinations it can take anywhere from 5-30 days depending on the customs department of your country. Please note: to SPAIN and BRAZIL we occasionally experience heavy shipping delays - sometimes up to 45 days.
Q. Can I track my package?
A. Domestic orders can be tracked.
Q. Will I receive a tracking number?
A. You will receive a USPS customs label number which will tell you when the postal service has accepted your package for shipment. It may take a day or two for the number to register. Unfortunately, there are no tracking numbers for international shipping.
Q. Will I receive an invoice?
A. Invoices are not included within packages unless requested.
Q. What happens if an item I have ordered is out of stock?
A. We will do our best to notify you of an out of stock item and offer you other choices if neccessary. If an item that is out of stock is expected in less than one week we will not notify you.
Q. Will I be notified when my order has been shipped?
A. Yes, you will receive an email with the USPS customs label number. Please make sure we aren't going to your spam or junk folder!
Q. How will my items be packaged?
A. Your items will be securely wrapped in bubble wrap.
Q. Are the fees listed for anywhere in the world?
A. Yes! All fee on our site are in US dollars and apply to any country worldwide.
Q. Are there ever any promotions or coupons?
A. Yes! Join our facebook page. You will receive product updates and we frequently run special promotions anf fun contests!
Q. Once I place an order can I make changes?
A. Unfortunately, once an order is submitted we cannot make any changes to it.
Q. Can I be notified of new products that come in?
A. You can check our WHAT'S NEW page often. We are constantly updating it.
Q. What do I do if my package hasn't arrived?
A. Send us an email after 30 days from the date of shipment (45 days if you are from Spain or Brazil).
