My Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order number. Once your order has been processed, if everything is in stock your order should ship within 48 hours. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number.

After placing an order, you will receive an order number. When your order has shipped, you will get an email with your order number and tracking number. You can then look up your tracking information using the tracking number on the USPS Website.

If an item in your order is out of stock, you will receive an email within 3 days of your order being processed letting you know which item in your order is out of stock. You will then have the option to wait for the item, exchange it for another item, remove the item from your order, or cancel your entire order.

All orders are processed within 2 days of being placed. All orders ship Monday through Friday excluding federal holidays within the United States. If all items in your order are in stock, your order will ship within 2 days of being placed. We ship via USPS. Orders shipped within the US should arrive within 7 days. International orders can take anywhere from 5-30 days to arrive.

An order may be cancelled if it has not yet shipped. To cancel your order please contact info@kissandmakeupny.com and include your order number in your email.

Yes, in the “notes” section of your order you can enter a gift message.
